This printed well, color just as advertised. Very nice flame look.
Very easy to use and predictable. The color looks nice, very high gloss.
We got the red gold yellow co-extruded filament. It prints fine at usual PLA temps. I've had a hard time getting the resulting prints to release from the bed (60C). At the same time, prints seem to break very easily on layers and the breaks are very clean where the print is just delaminating. I've tried temps from 200-220 with no discernable difference. Always sticks tenaciously to the standard PC build surfaces I use for PLA but the prints are brittle and break easily regardless of print temperature. The color is very nice but the filament is fairly useless if the parts break so easily.
I believe that i may it have kept this in a very humidity free area (we aren't really humid here usually but with winter it may have affected it) and my rolls sit unprotected on the side of my 3d printer. I'm going to blame my lower adhesion and occasional "popping" on this. I don't remember the first couple of prints doing this, but it's making it a bit more difficult to use for reliable prints.
Again, I don't want to blame the filament. My printer is actually also quite old and never needed maintenance and I've had the popping issue with other older filament I've used that I didn't keep dry either (recommended to keep moisture absorbers with filament as air tight as possible when not in use)
The filament IS beautiful. I love the sheen and the almost iridescence of the tones.
My first couple of prints looked flawless so again I hesitate to blame the filament but I also have to review it based on what I experienced. Just please take it with a grain of salt.
Pricewise for being as sheer and beautiful as it is I think it's a really good price for what you're getting.
I will most likely still purchase another but keep it this time in better storage.
We've used this to do several smaller prints and really enjoy the way that the two tone looks. Didn't have to adjust our temperatures to use, came out nice and even, adhered well.
