ZIRO Glitter Diamond PLA Filament 1.75mm, Blue

I have never had any issues with ZIRO. The colors are always amazing, and any of the specialty filaments have always "Wow"d me. The Sparkle Diamond Blue filament is no different. It is great!

Howeverrrrrrrrrrrrr ......

Either I got a severely mislabeled "Blue" filament, or the person who named this "Diamond Blue" has never seen the color blue in their life.

Don't get me wrong - it is a BEAUTIFUL color! But this very, very purple filament should not be called "blue" by anyone unless we're playing "Wrong Answers Only" or "Close, But No Cigar".

They sell a blue diamond as well as a purple diamond, the blue I ordered looks more like the purple one. I wonder if the purple one is blue instead. Its a pretty color but does not look like the navy blue pictured.

Bought the Diamond Blue colour, it isn't blue, it's slightly blue purple colour.
I did recieve a sample of their twinkle blue which definitely is blue but is more transparent.
Kinda dissapointed in the colour as it wasn't what I expected.

looks like a nice filament and printed good but the diamond blue is not blue it's purple!

Early prints were constantly failing using a 0.4 mm nozzle with various temps and speeds. When I switched to 0.6 and upped the temp to 215, results were greatly improved and much more consistent.

The colour itself is nice. It's definitely more purple than blue though, but does change depending how the light falls along with the way it "sparkles".
